Coco Wings Abu Dhabi
From Brand Identity to Delivery-Market Launch

Coco Wings needed more than a logo. It needed a restaurant brand that could survive the realities of Abu Dhabi delivery: a recognisable identity, packaging customers would receive at the door, social platforms ready for launch, food photography built for digital discovery, and a go-to-market system that could carry the brand onto delivery marketplaces.

Udjat’s documented project scope covered logo and brand identity, packaging, social platform creation, photography, go-to-market strategy, and marketplace onboarding including Keeta, Talabat and other delivery channels.

01 / The Launch Challenge

Build a wings brand that looks coherent everywhere customers discover, order and receive it.

A delivery-led restaurant competes inside small digital surfaces: an Instagram post, a marketplace thumbnail, a menu tile, a package arriving at the customer’s door. The launch system had to make Coco Wings recognisable across those moments without treating branding, photography and delivery-platform setup as separate projects.

THE BUSINESS PROBLEM

A restaurant launch is a chain of customer-facing moments.

If the logo feels disconnected from the packaging, the photography does not work in delivery-app thumbnails, the social feed has no visual logic, or marketplace listings launch without a clear brand presentation, the customer experiences several different businesses instead of one brand.

01
Create a brand from the ground up.Establish a logo and visual identity that could stretch from social media to packaging and delivery marketplaces.
02
Design for the physical handoff.Packaging needed to carry brand recognition beyond the screen and into the delivered order.
03
Create launch-ready social channels. The brand needed a digital home before launch activity could create useful discovery.
04
Produce food visuals that sell the product.Photography had to support social posts, marketplace presentation and launch materials rather than exist as a separate shoot.
05
Make the restaurant orderable.Go-to-market included marketplace presence—not only awareness—so customer discovery could continue into transaction.
02 / The Launch Operating System

Define → design → shoot → publish → list → launch.

Udjat treated the Coco Wings project as a connected launch system. Each workstream prepared an asset the next channel could use, reducing the gap between “brand completed” and “brand ready to sell.”

01 / DEFINE

Brand

Translate the restaurant concept into a recognisable identity system.

02 / DESIGN

Packaging

Carry that identity into the customer’s physical delivery experience.

03 / SHOOT

Photography

Create product visuals that can work across social and ordering environments.

04 / PUBLISH

Social

Establish brand channels and a coherent visual presence for launch.

05 / LIST

Marketplaces

Prepare the restaurant to be discoverable and orderable on delivery platforms.

06 / LAUNCH

GTM

Coordinate customer-facing touchpoints into one go-to-market sequence.

03 / Udjat Project Scope

From the logo customers recognise to the marketplace where they order.

The case study is intentionally built around documented deliverables. It does not convert activity into unsupported performance claims.

01

Logo & brand identity

Build a visual system, not a standalone mark

logoidentitybrand system

Udjat’s scope began with the Coco Wings logo and visual branding. The identity had to operate across very different surfaces: social profile imagery, content templates, packaging, food photography treatments and delivery-market listings.

The strategic requirement was consistency. Customers should encounter the same brand language while discovering a post, browsing a delivery app or opening an order at home.

02

Packaging system

Turn delivery packaging into a brand touchpoint

packagingdeliverybrand application

For a delivery-led restaurant, packaging is part of the customer experience rather than an afterthought. Udjat extended the visual identity into packaging so the brand could remain recognisable after the marketplace transaction ended.

The case study does not claim a specific packaging material, production method or sustainability specification because those details were not supplied. What is documented is the packaging design work as part of the launch scope.

03

Social platform creation

Give the restaurant a launch-ready digital home

Instagramsocial setupcontent system

Udjat created Coco Wings’ social platforms and prepared the brand for digital discovery. The supplied Instagram account is @cocowings.ae.

The work connects identity with channel presentation: profile setup, visual consistency and content-ready brand assets rather than launching social pages as empty containers.

04

Food & brand photography

Create visuals that can work at discovery and ordering stages

photographyfood contentlaunch assets

Photography was part of the documented launch scope. The useful role of the shoot was broader than social content: restaurant imagery can support marketplace menu presentation, launch campaigns, profile content and visual consistency across the customer journey.

No claim is made here about exact shot count, production format or photography-attributed sales because those records were not supplied.

05

Go-to-market strategy

Coordinate the launch around customer action

GTMlaunchchannel sequencing

Udjat’s scope included the Coco Wings go-to-market strategy. For a restaurant launch, that meant aligning the brand, content, ordering availability and customer-facing channels so awareness did not arrive before the restaurant was ready to receive demand.

The case study frames this as launch orchestration, not a claim about campaign spend or paid-media results, because no media budget or attributed performance data was supplied.

06

Delivery marketplace onboarding

Move from “brand launched” to “brand orderable”

KeetaTalabatdelivery apps

Udjat’s documented project scope included adding Coco Wings to delivery marketplaces, including Keeta, Talabat and other relevant ordering channels. This step matters because marketplace presence is not separate from go-to-market for a delivery-first restaurant—it is part of the sales infrastructure.

Current public web evidence independently confirms Coco Wings on Talabat and Deliveroo in Abu Dhabi. Keeta remains documented project scope on this case study unless a public listing or archived proof is supplied.

04 / Marketplace Launch Logic

A restaurant listing is a conversion surface, not an admin task.

The marketplace part of the launch had to translate the Coco Wings brand into the environment where customers compare cuisine, products, prices and delivery options. That means brand and product presentation need to survive outside the restaurant’s own social channels.

01
Brand presence

Restaurant name, profile presentation and visual identity should make the listing recognisable when customers encounter it outside Instagram.

02
Menu presentation

Food names, categories, photography and descriptions influence whether a customer can understand what to order quickly.

03
Offer structure

Individual products, meals, bundles and add-ons need a clear commercial hierarchy inside a marketplace UI.

04
Channel readiness

The restaurant should be orderable when launch content starts creating demand.

05
Consistency

Packaging, social imagery and marketplace food visuals should feel like parts of the same restaurant.

05 / Third-Party Visibility

The work is visible outside Udjat’s own website.

Where possible, this case study separates first-party project scope from public evidence that another source currently exposes.

07 / The Customer Journey We Designed Around

08 / What Restaurant Brands Can Learn

The launch becomes stronger when brand and sales infrastructure are built together.

Coco Wings is useful as a launch case because the work did not end at identity design. It connected the brand to the places where customers discover food and place orders.

01 / BRAND

Design for small surfaces.

Restaurant identities need to work in profile icons, delivery listings, packaging labels and food-content layouts—not only presentation decks.

02 / PACKAGING

The delivered order is media.

Packaging is one of the few brand touchpoints every delivery customer physically handles.

03 / PHOTOGRAPHY

Shoot for channels.

Food photography is more useful when the shot list anticipates marketplace thumbnails, social formats and launch assets.

04 / SOCIAL

Set up before promotion.

Launch attention should land on a social profile that already feels intentional and recognisable.

05 / MARKETPLACES

Availability is part of GTM.

A restaurant can create demand and still lose the moment if customers cannot find a clear path to order.

06 / EVIDENCE

Archive the launch.

Future case studies become stronger when brand assets, listing screenshots, launch dates, order data and campaign exports are stored from day one.
