Beauty Bling x Karisma Clinics
Turning Medical Expertise into Human-Led Content
Karisma Clinics wanted stronger brand awareness and a more recognisable expert voice, but another stream of polished treatment posts would not solve the problem. Udjat's response was to create a format where clinical expertise could sound more human: real questions, conversational answers, distinctive art direction and video designed around people rather than procedures alone.
That concept became Beauty Bling—a Q&A / podcast-style video series developed around Karisma's healthcare and aesthetics expertise. Udjat's published scope covers the idea, name, visual identity, episode format, scripts, shooting and videography.
Evidence boundary: this rebuild treats Beauty Bling as a documented concept, branding and production case. It does not invent patient acquisition, reach, engagement, bookings, treatment revenue or a numeric branding uplift because the public case does not provide those measurements.
Medical expertise was valuable. Traditional clinic content made it easy to ignore.
The existing case says Karisma wanted greater awareness and stronger personal branding, but familiar healthcare-marketing approaches felt predictable. The strategic challenge was therefore less about producing more content and more about creating a recognisable format people could associate with Karisma's experts.
Human enough to watch. Credible enough to trust.
Aesthetic and healthcare content becomes weak at either extreme: overly clinical communication can feel distant, while entertainment-first content can trivialise treatments and expertise. Beauty Bling needed a middle ground.
Question → expert → story → shoot → edit → trust.
The most useful interpretation of Beauty Bling is a repeatable content system. Every episode begins with a real audience question, uses a clinician or expert as the source, turns the answer into an understandable story and packages it inside one recognisable production language.
Audience
Start from something people genuinely want to understand about beauty, skin or care.
Authority
Put the qualified human voice at the centre of the answer.
Script
Shape information into a conversational structure without inventing medical certainty.
Presence
Art direction, set, framing and delivery make the expert comfortable and watchable.
Format
Build recognisable episodes and derivative short-form assets from the same production.
Brand
Consistency compounds into expert familiarity and brand memory over time.
Four workstreams turned a clinic-content brief into a branded show.
The live case gives clear creative evidence. This rebuild expands that evidence into a more useful narrative without attaching unsupported performance outcomes.
Concept & show naming
Create something ownable instead of another content series
Udjat's existing case explicitly says “Beauty Bling” was born from the need to create a space where science, self-care and real questions could live together. Naming the format gives the clinic a recurring content property rather than a collection of unrelated clips.
The name also creates permission for a different tone: expert-led, but lighter and more conversational than a conventional medical explainer.
Visual identity & art direction
Make the series recognisable before the episode begins
The live page states that Udjat built the visual identity and aligned “every word, color, and frame” with Karisma's voice. The published Beauty Bling artwork supports a bolder editorial look than the clinic's luxury-gold master brand.
That distinction is useful: a content franchise can have its own expressive layer while remaining clearly connected to the parent clinic.
Episode format & scriptwriting
Make the expert sound like an expert—not a brochure
Udjat's case says the episode formats were developed to feel like a conversation rather than a lecture, and script writing is explicitly listed in the delivered strategy. The strongest scripts create structure without making every doctor answer sound identical.
For healthcare content, the script should clarify the question, preserve the clinician's expertise, avoid unsupported medical outcomes and leave final clinical claims subject to appropriate professional review.
Shooting & videography
Build a human performance, not just a camera setup
Shooting and videography are explicitly listed in Udjat's scope, and the current page contains a long sequence of Beauty Bling production imagery. For an expert-led format, production quality includes more than resolution: pacing, eyeline, lighting, sound and the presenter's comfort directly affect whether information feels credible and natural.
A longer Q&A recording can also create shorter topic-specific edits for Reels and social content when the underlying answer still makes sense out of context.

The current clinic brand spans more than aesthetics content alone.
Karisma's current official website describes Karisma Specialist Medical Center in Sharjah as a luxury medical/aesthetic destination focused on personalised care and confidence. Its public department structure now includes several healthcare and aesthetic disciplines.
These are current Karisma business facts, not outcomes attributed to Beauty Bling or Udjat.
The creative work is documented. The “+45% Branding” result is not.
A stronger case study does not need an unexplained percentage when the actual concept, identity and production work is visible. This version makes the evidence boundary explicit.
The existing page states that Udjat created the show concept and named Beauty Bling.
KeepThe page describes building the visual identity and developing a conversational episode format aligned with Karisma's voice.

Context onlyNo KPI definition, baseline, measurement source, survey, brand-lift study or comparison period is published.
RemoveThe public case does not provide these figures. Add them only if platform, CRM or clinic reporting can substantiate attribution.
Do not inventHealthcare-content safeguard
Beauty Bling is a creative case, but healthcare and aesthetic content can become regulated advertising depending on the message, channel, jurisdiction and call to action. Current UAE systems include healthcare-advertisement licensing, and Dubai issued updated social-media health-advertising standards in August 2026 for entities under DHA jurisdiction. Karisma's current official site places the centre in Sharjah, so this page does not imply DHA governs Karisma; the practical lesson is to validate every campaign against the rules that actually apply to the facility and professional.
A strong healthcare series moves from curiosity to informed trust.
The commercially useful job of expert content is not to diagnose viewers in the feed. It is to help the audience understand the topic, recognise credible expertise and know when a professional consultation may be appropriate.
Curiosity
A real audience concern creates a reason to watch.
Education
The expert explains the subject in understandable language.
Familiarity
Voice, personality and recurring format make the clinician easier to recognise.
Credibility
Qualifications, nuance and responsible claims support trust.
Consideration
Interested viewers can learn about the clinic, expert or relevant service.
Professional care
Individual medical decisions belong in an appropriate professional consultation.
Humanity is a content advantage when accuracy stays intact.
Beauty Bling works best as a model for how clinics can create expert-led media without reducing doctors to corporate spokespeople or turning medical topics into entertainment-only content.
Name the recurring idea.
A recognisable show or series can build stronger memory than unrelated doctor videos published under one clinic account.
Start from audience language.
Real questions provide a natural bridge between what patients wonder and what experts actually know.
Do not script the expertise out of the expert.
Structure the answer, but preserve individual voice, qualifications and clinical nuance.
Comfort changes performance.
Good lighting matters, but an expert who feels natural on camera is often more persuasive than a technically perfect robotic delivery.
Shoot for a content system.
One thoughtful long conversation can generate topic clips, quotes, Reels and supporting articles when context is preserved.
Measure what content changed.
If the goal is awareness or personal branding, define the KPI before production—qualified reach, branded search, consultation intent or another defensible measure.
Beauty Bling sits between strategy, branding, content and video production.
These Udjat capabilities are most closely connected with the work explicitly documented on the current Beauty Bling / Karisma case page.
Questions about Beauty Bling and Karisma Clinics.
Beauty Bling is the branded Q&A / podcast-style content concept described in Udjat's Karisma Clinics case study. The format was designed to combine expert healthcare/aesthetic discussion with a more conversational and human presentation.
Udjat's current public case says the team named the show, built its visual identity, developed episode formats, aligned the creative with Karisma's voice, wrote scripts, handled shooting and delivered videography.
The current Udjat site displays a “+45% Branding” badge, but no KPI definition, baseline, brand-lift study, analytics source or comparison period is published. This rebuild therefore removes the percentage as a verified result.
The Udjat case uses podcast language and describes a Q&A video series. The most accurate description is a branded expert-content format combining podcast-style conversation with video production.
Karisma's current official website identifies Karisma Specialist Medical Center in Sharjah. Its public departments include dental, dermatology, laser hair removal, skincare and plastic surgery.
Yes, but conversational tone does not remove healthcare-advertising or professional obligations. Clinical claims should remain accurate, qualified experts should own medical content, and the applicable facility/professional advertising rules should be checked for the relevant emirate and channel.
The current public case does not publish patient-booking, consultation, CRM, revenue or appointment-attribution data. This rebuild therefore does not make that claim.
Udjat can develop an original expert-content system using strategy, naming, art direction, scripts, video and distribution. The new format should be built around that clinic's qualified experts, audience, regulatory context and measurable objective rather than copying Beauty Bling.
Turn expertise into content people can understand without turning medicine into a sales script.
Share your experts, specialties, audience questions, current content, regulatory environment and the outcome the series should create. Udjat can build the format across concept, naming, scripts, art direction, shooting, editing and distribution.
